‘At One With’

The eagle does not glide on top of or below
or along side the currents of air when he soars.

He is enveloped within them.

Every shift of the wind affects the eagle.

Every beat of the eagle’s wings moves the currents.

He is at one with the wind.

We should try to be like the eagle, at one with.

The Environment, The Elements

Mother Earth, The Creator

Native American wisdom about
the Animal Kingdom.

All animals living on, in or above Mother Earth, have always been viewed
and treated as brothers and sisters, and respected as family.

Looked upon as guides, companions or
creatures needing protection.

From this wisdom we can learn many things.

The way mankind thinks of animals reflects the way they think of themselves.

Talk to the Animals

If you talk to the animals they will talk with you
and you will know each other.

If you do not talk to them, you will not know them,

And what you do not know you will fear.

What one fears one destroys.

The words of Chief Dan George
